What is included in the price of my booking?

The “dreams and breakfast” bookings include accommodation and breakfast for every day of your stay.

The “tastes and sensations” bookings include accommodation and breakfast for every day of your stay, plus dinner in our Salares restaurant.

Prices do not include the tourist tax (obligatory since 1 January 2014) of €2.50 for person per night (for adults from 14 years upwards), to be paid upon departure.

Prices include use of the indoor swimming pool and of the fitness centre with its jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, infrared cabin, outside sauna and hot tub, and gym.

What are the rates for children staying in a room with us?

For children up to 2 years of age: “dreams and breakfast” €26, “tastes and sensations” €36

For children from 3 to 5 years: “dreams and breakfast” €58, “tastes and sensations” €78

For children from 6 to 11 years: “dreams and breakfast” €82, “tastes and sensations” €102

Third bed from 12 years upwards in “dreams and breakfast” €112, “tastes and sensations” €162

If I reserve the “tastes and sensations” offer can I decide to skip dinner and receive a refund?

We will deduct € 50 per person for adults and € 10 for children from the total cost of your stay if you decide to have dinner in one of our other hotel restaurants. No deduction will be made should you choose to dine outside our hotel.

What is the supplement for a double room used as a single?

It´s possible to book a double room for single use. The supplement will change according to the room category.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

La Terrazza restaurant is only open at lunchtime from 12:00 noon to 14:15, after which a snack menu is available.

All other restaurants (Salares, Winebar, Siriola and Cantina) are only open for dinner from 19:15 to 21:30.

How I confirm my booking?

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the booked amount.

How can I pay my deposit?

Payment of the deposit is via bank transfer as follows:

The deposit may alternatively be paid via credit card, providing the relevant data when booking or through click to pay on our web site (only with visa or mastercard credit card).

What are non-refundable prepaid bookings?

Non-refundable prepaid bookings refer to the special offers on our website that provide a 10% reduction on the official rate.

Bookings are confirmed at the time of payment of the total cost of the stay. This cannot be altered or refunded.

For non-refundable prepaid bookings we will issue a receipt for tax purposes at the time payment is made. If you require a receipt for tax purposes we would ask you to notify us at the time of confirmation of booking, providing us with your full invoicing data.

Which are the conditions for cancelling a booking?

Bookings are confirmed only once 30% deposit has been transferred, via either bank transfer or credit card.

In case of partial or total cancellation we charge the following penalties:

 

Up to 30 days prior to arrival, no penalties

from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, we keep 30% of the total

from 14 to 5 days prior to arrival, we keep 70% of the total

less than 5 days prior to arrival, we keep 100% of the total

no show: 100% of the deposit, we charge the balance for the booking.

 

Partial or total cancellation of booking(s) in Peak Season, namely

between 29th June and 2nd July 2018

between 4th and 19th August 2018

we charge the following penalties:

 

up to 50 days prior to arrival, no penalties (the deposit will be refunded)

from 49 to 30 days prior to arrival, we keep 30% of the total

from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, we keep 60% of the total

from 14 to 5 days prior to arrival, we keep 80% of the total

less than 5 days prior to arrival, we keep 100% of the total

no show: 100% of the deposit; we charge the balance for the booking.

In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the due amount of the booking, without food&beverage services, i.e. dinner and breakfast.

We recommend our Guests to subscribe Hogast „Europäische Reiseversicherung“ travel insurance.

Can I insure the deposit paid?

We advise you to take out “Europäische Reiseversicherung [European Travel Insurance]” with Hogast.
